be reproduced without permission.
This website and the information on it has been produced with the best interests of
our customers in mind. However, we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of
the information provided.
Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. If we
notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you
to ask further questions. Otherwise we will deliver as soon as possible.
Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the
rate advertised at the point of ordering.
Products may be withdrawn for sale from this website at any stage without prior
notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior
notification. All prices on this website are in Euro, and that is what will be debited
from your debit / credit card. If you are purchasing using a non-Euro credit card, the
relevant exchange rate is applied by your bank and not by Music for Galway.
THE “MY ACCOUNT” FEATURE
In the “my account” feature, your billing and shipping details are stored as well as
your previous purchase information. Debit / Credit card information is not stored, for
your security. Music for Galway may decide to use your purchase history information
for future offers or promotions.
The products as part of Music for the Senses are variable and sometimes some
products that we’ve advertised may not be in stock. If this is the case, we’ll substitute
a similar product to an equivalent monetary value. Your payment will at this time
have been processed and there will be no change to the amount you have been
Music for Galway provides all services on a best effort basis. Should you have any
issues with booking or with streaming any of our concerts, please contact us with a
short description of your problem at [email protected] We will contact
you and provide you with support. While making every effort to provide support, we
accept no responsibility for any technical difficulties on the side of the customer,
whether it be due to limitations of your own technology or broadband capacity.
We take great pride in the quality and condition of our products and they should
reach you in the best possible condition. When you receive your CELLISSIMO box,
please place the contents in a cool place. Should you have opted for the cheese
option, make sure to store the cheese in the fridge until the night of the tasting. If you
are not happy with the content of your box, please call us right away on 091 705962
and we will do our best to put it right. If you’d like a replacement order, we can send
that out for you or if you would rather just have your money back, we can do that too.
Likewise, if the box has been damaged during delivery, please call us as soon as
possible and if possible email us pictures. Risk of damage or deterioration to the
goods passes to you, as the buyer, on delivery so please contact us as soon as
possible. No claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can be accepted unless
we’re informed straight away. Nor can we accept any responsibility for quality
deterioration due to the following delivery problems:

4.Gifts to recipients who have gone away or are unable to receive parcels.
Music for Galway retains all rights of ownership and possession of the goods until full
payment has been received.
We don’t ask you to return anything perishable but may ask for non-perishable
products to be returned to us and if so we will reimburse you for postage.
All orders placed online are subject to a €7.35 delivery charge to anywhere on the
Island of Ireland (yarn €6.20).
Delivery to anywhere in Ireland should take between 1-3 working days.
Orders are dispatched the next working day after the order is placed; therefore,
orders placed Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on Mondays.
Please ensure that the delivery address you give is one where there is someone to
accept day-time deliveries.
You will receive an email letting you know that the delivery is on the way and you will
also receive a text message on the day of delivery to ensure you can accept it. If you
have ordered yarn only, this will be delivered by An Post and you will not receive
In the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions,
delivery vehicle breakdown etc.) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.
DELIVERY TO EUROPE
If you would like to order from Europe, please send us an email with your contact
details and location. We will send you the shipping costs before you decide whether
you would like to order
Delivery to anywhere in Europe should take between 5-7 working days.
We accept payment online by credit card through Stripe. Your payment is processed
via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information
remains totally confidential. In fact, we never see any of the card numbers ourselves.
Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise
successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you
receive a confirmation of your order. If you have not received this, your order may not
be processed successfully.
Music for Galway reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once
accepted, without penalty.
PRIVACY & YOUR INFORMATION
We retain details necessary for successful fulfilment of your order and may use them
for marketing purposes for example emailing or posting you information about our
programme. These include: name, address, telephone number and email address of
sender, name, address, telephone number and email address of recipient. We do not
sell addresses to any other companies. We will never cold call you for marketing
purposes. Credit card numbers are not retained after payment has been received.
Music for Galway respect your privacy as a visitor to this website. We recognise
your need for us to explain what data we collect, how we collect it and what we do
with this data.
We will abide by the various data protection laws and adhere to the latest General
Data Protection Regulation. We will collect personal data such as name, address,
email address, telephone numbers etc. This is so we can fulfil your order. We will
only contact you if (a) there is a problem or issue with your order, or (b) you have
agreed to be sent marketing collateral. We will also collect non personal data which
we will ordinarily use for statistical purposes. These details are used for a number of
purposes including administering the site, analysing trends and gathering statistics.
This is to help us better understand customer patterns and to help us serve our
customer needs on this website in the future. Examples of this non personal data

monitoring Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses. This gives us details about your
