MfG continues to present concerts as part of NUI Galway’s Arts in Action. Laoise O’Brien is an award-winning musician with over twenty years professional performance experience. A virtuosic recorder player, with For the Record, Laoise tackles preconceptions about this often undervalued instrument introducing audiences into the fascinating world of what once was known as the sweet flute.
