ARTIST PROFILE:
Olha Palazhchenko

Olha Palazhchenko is a mezzo-soprano born in Mariupol, Ukraine. She has extensive experience as a concert and chamber music performer.

Her operatic career began to develop in Ireland in early 2025, when she joined the extra chorus of Irish National Opera in Wagner’s Der fliegende Holländer. She has also performed in L’elisir d’amore by Donizetti.

In the 2024–2025 season, she participated in the Music Magic Mischief project alongside members of the Irish National Opera Studio. Earlier in her career, in 2018, she took part in Riccardo Muti’s Paths of Friendship project, performing in the extended chorus together with the Kyiv National Opera Choir.

Olha is currently a member of the Irish National Opera Studio for the 2025–2026 season, continuing to expand her operatic repertoire and artistic presence across Europe.
