Hommage à Pleyel is the title of Finghin Collins’ latest CD recording, which was recorded in Switzerland in 2025 on a restored 1937 Pleyel concert grand piano. The programme brings together composers and works which are inextricably linked with the great French piano manufacturer, from Haydn to Debussy, including works by Chopin and of course Ignaz Pleyel himself.

As part of the MfG Encore series, a slightly shortened programme will be repeated the following evening in Mount Carmel Chapel, Loughrea. Click here for more details.
