Dragonfly is a duo project by viola player Danusha Waskiewicz (formerly of the Berlin Philharmonic) and Headford cellist Naomi Berrill. The duo arranges and performs works by classical and baroque composers with an innovative approach as they both sing melodic lines as they play. In this way they shine fresh light on well-known compositions and create a new experience for both themselves and the audience. Music that escapes categorization and moves as lightly as a dragonfly.

A slightly longer programme will be performed on Wednesday 19 November in Ballinfoile Castlegar Neighbourhood Centre. Click here for more details.
